I’m extremely excited to share Tifffany+Scott’s beautiful NJ wedding bash with you this morning! I have been looking forward to this wedding for a while now. I met Tiffany a couple years ago at her sister’s wedding and I remember saying at that time to Alisha “I can’t wait until the day Tiffany calls me in a few years.” Well it turns out that did happen, and here was our engagement shoot.
So after killing it with Starla+Raktim and then having a blast with Tiffany+Scott at the apple orchard I knew we were going to have to bring our A game. But at the same time it was going to be like a guest at the wedding with so many people who knew us and our work. On to some gorgeous details! Her Paloma Blanca dress was perfect for her:
Some of my favorite from the getting ready series
Tiffany was looking absolutely hot!
I know Scott has game too though, so I had to bring him and the guys out so Scott could show people how it’s done. I mean anyone who had “you don’t need sugar in your coffee if you have me” as the motto on his AOL profile back in the day – you don’t mess with someone like that.
We also set up a first meeting between these two and I love the following series. It’s especially important to me because I know the Addison Park played such a huge role in terms of inspiration for the wedding.
Huge props to Andrew for getting some awesome angles – one of the huge advantages to having 2 shooters
The room with the Ketubah signing had amazing window light and allowed for us to capture some great moments
Once we snuck into the reception room after the ceremony we saw the amazing job Tiffany did. In her words “for design elements, I brought the crystal concept from the chandeliers into our centerpieces, and invitations. I wanted a modern garden type feel. Some of our centerpieces (Scott’s favorite), are the manzanita trees with orchids, crystals, and hanging votives.”
Then it was time to party!
Ugh oh, you know what time comes after the dancing? In the summer? BUTTA light time!
The room lighting Tiffany had brought in makes such a huge difference – I can’t recommend room lighting enough
Lastly I love this romantic series we were able to capture at the end of the night. Tiffany really wrestled with whether to hire myself or Alisha, and I know it was a tough decision, so I really tried to make sure I brought some of her softer, romantic style to the wedding. Honestly – I loved bringing that into my “bag o tricks” so it was a lot of fun and exciting for me.
Thanks so much for allowing me to be at your day! I’ll leave with some of Tiffany’s advice to other brides out there…. “For all brides-to-be, enjoy every single moment, and don’t stress out. Planning is what you make of it, and I had a blast. This moment only happens once in a lifetime, and I promise, it will be the best day of your life.”
