You may remember Belinda and George’s Sagamore wedding blog from a few weeks ago with all those fab photos. She was the drop dead gorgeous bride, he was the passionate groom, and the photos were butta.

Ok, so that sounds like many of our couples, but I think your going to find this pair really lights up the screen, and their playful characters just shine right through in their wedding video. And while I could have shot them in the butta light at the Sagamore docks till January, the wedding party to come was going to be just as amazing. Pure hotness on the blog today with another Sagamore wedding from this amazing summer. I actually made a joke about this on the Clark+Walker facebook page, but it’s true… sometimes you have to wonder with the wedding couples you see on our blog if it’s not even fair for us. It’s always a huge compliment when one of my couples tells me I made them look good, but then I get couples like these two who make me look good. Anyway another hot summer day with great details, an amazing couple, and family that made us honored to be involved, and of course some patented (I wish) butta light.

When we get free reign to move about as needed it makes our job so, so much better (and easier). We’re not the type of studio blasting flash during the ceremony, blocking people’s views, etc. It’s about the ceremony first and foremost, and when someone allows us to go wherever we want we’re able to capture moments like this below

I’m excited to show another lovely Clark+Walker Sagamore wedding with Soraya+Steve! An absolutely awesome wedding with a great couple, butta light, smokin dress, the docks, a classic Sagamore wedding. Soraya told me before the wedding she wanted a romantic feel and a flow to her wedding which I know was exactly what we saw. All those magazines/websites paid off!

I’m excited to kick this beautiful weekend off with some color, vibrancy, emotion, and tradition with Meenakashi+Rohit’s beautiful wedding at The Sagamore in Lake George, NY!

The Hindu wedding ceremony is based on traditions and rituals originating six thousand years ago from the Vedas, the Sanskrit books of knowledge that form the foundation of Hinduism. Each part of the ceremony usually spread over several day are filled with color and meaning, from the Baraat to the Ashirvaad.

It was truly amazing being able to capture this Lake George wedding over several days, and exploring the many aspects and celebrations that go into each carefully planned part, with everything culminating into a magnificent celebration on the final night at their Sagamore wedding in Lake George.

Special thanks go to Rose Events, who we’ve been killing it with for 6 years of weddings now, and The Sagamore where we are at a ton this Summmer!

Happy Monday everyone, and I cannot wait to share this amazing wedding at The Sagamore! When I first met with Heidi and Matt I knew right away they had style, taste, and we were going to have a ton to work with when we arrived at the wedding. I have to give huge props to Heidi though, she really nailed the entire weekend from the rehearsal to the last dance. The details, the decor, her Vera Wang dress, and she even must have called in a couple favors to get some amazing light for me :) I hope you enjoy the images below!

The parasol Heidi snagged last minute was a great addition. Not only did it look great in pictures but actually came in super helpful with that crazy bright sun. Turn harsh sun into beautiful light…

Outdoor ceremonies right on the lake are incredible. The Sagamore weddings can’t be beat.

Robin from Fine Affairs really helped Heidi knock it out of the park – the room looked gorgeous!

I’m a big fan of the bride+groom saying a little something at their wedding. I know Alisha+I grabbed the mic during our dinner to thank people and to share some thoughts and feelings… it’s a classy touch.

People were ready to get ballin on the dancefloor though!

A little shout out to all the ladies that kept Heidi going all night, what a fun crowd.

Even though I loved her Vera, this cute little Mori Lee was a lot of fun for sunset portraits. I thought Heidi absolutely ROCKED it. This was the Clark+Walker Studio facebook page teaser

We also had a rockin photobooth going that evening!! I love how Heidi ordered a backdrop that matched her linens and decor perfectly.
