They are back at it again today with their wedding trailer! We used a more cinematic style for this trailer and we’re absolutely in love with it here over in the studio. It’s been watched and replayed more times than we can count so we’re extremely excited to share it this morning. Anytime we get to shoot at The Sagamore we’re excited, but throw in a great looking couple, butta light, a Vera Wang, Surroundings Floral, Fine Affairs, and others… you know it’s on!!

Aunt Vickie & Uncle Walter: More than our family ever expected! The fabulous romantic pictures of a young bride and groom so much in love ~That most handsome georgeous groom is actually my nephew and we all witnessed his wedding to his most beautiful bride and we welcome her into our family! Heidi was absolutely georgeous in those Vera Wang wedding dresses! ~ Exquisite flowers were all around us all afternoon & we all danced to the music of a cosmopolitan band ~ The menu was gourmet and a tribute to their day at the "Sagamore Resort in Lake George, N.Y.!! The Breath taking" Sagamore" in the Adirondacks gave us the most sunny "blue bird" sky to shine down on all of us and made their wedding day "perfect" in every way!

Heidi+Matt at The Sagamore, Lake George

Happy Monday everyone, and I cannot wait to share this amazing wedding at The Sagamore! When I first met with Heidi and Matt I knew right away they had style, taste, and we were going to have a ton to work with when we arrived at the wedding. I have to give huge props to Heidi though, she really nailed the entire weekend from the rehearsal to the last dance. The details, the decor, her Vera Wang dress, and she even must have called in a couple favors to get some amazing light for me :) I hope you enjoy the images below!

The parasol Heidi snagged last minute was a great addition. Not only did it look great in pictures but actually came in super helpful with that crazy bright sun. Turn harsh sun into beautiful light…

I’m a big fan of the bride+groom saying a little something at their wedding. I know Alisha+I grabbed the mic during our dinner to thank people and to share some thoughts and feelings… it’s a classy touch.

Even though I loved her Vera, this cute little Mori Lee was a lot of fun for sunset portraits. I thought Heidi absolutely ROCKED it. This was the Clark+Walker Studio facebook page teaser

Danielle+William (wedding trailer)

Rain won’t ruin a wedding.
It seemed like for a couple weeks in a row we had a bit of rain on the weekends. And every time we get out there and film a wedding in the rain, we come away with some spectacular footage. This is mainly for two reasons. One, we have some fantastic brides that don’t mind a little rain, and two, we have videographers and photographers that don’t mind getting a little wet. I also knew we would be getting the shot because Tracey Buyce Photography was in the house. I’ve worked with Tracey before in the rain, and there is no stopping for the rain to nail that perfect shot, she is going to get it every time. And being at The Sagamore there were plenty to get.
Bagpipes played through the foggy streets. People danced the night away, and no one seemed to be bothered by the weather. It was a perfect wedding on a perfect day.

Tracey Buyce: It's was great working with Clark + Walker. The trailer looks fantastic! Cheers to Danielle & Bill!

Congrats to Cara+Tony

Recently we had the chance to go up to one of our favorite local venues – The Sagamore in Lake George, for a gorgeous wedding between Cara+Tony. You may remember them from their engagement shoot up in Lake George from the Fall.

Since this has been the rainiest Spring I can ever remember, it was only fitting that it sprinkled on and off throughout the day which I know most brides absolutely fret about. However I hope these images put that to ease, I absolutely love what we captures and let’s get to it!

One of my favorite shots from the morning below. I know people put on smiles and they should, it’s their wedding day, but once in a while I’m able to capture a look or glance that I know gives me a true glimpse into what the person is feeling.

Kristen + Jay at The Sagamore

Kristen and Jay met in Minneapolis in 2007 after they had both moved up from Chicago and randomly met at an event Minneapolis Institute of Art. Jay later proposed during a trip to Iceland and they planned a gorgeous wedding at one of our favorite venues, The Sagamore Resort on Lake George.

Sure, we say this all the time, but it really is true that all of our Clark + Walker couples are crazy good looking. We had the fun chance to grab a couple of shots at the rehearsal the night before, taken aboard The Morgan.

Kristen easily had one of our favorite dresses of the year so far. The pearl beading and silk satin were absolutely jaw-dropping beautiful.

The Sagamore has one of the most breathtaking views from the lawn, it’s the perfect spot for an outdoor ceremony.

Jennifer McVay: these are so beautiful! I really liked this couple a lot and I think you not only got great shots but you really captured some personality here...very nice! David MIchael Schmidt: Ms.Clark, I have to tell you, I did not really know your work until we worked together on Mayor Jennings Nieces wedding. The images from that wedding were beautiful. When Kristen told me she had selected you to photograph her wedding, I said " You will have beautiful pictures". I was right!. Just beautiful. I always tell my brides' " It's so important that you find the right match for a Photographer, That person is stuck to you like glue for the entire day" Kristen as you know is not an " in your face type" the match between the two of you was perfect. The pictures are beautiful. Thank you for capturing my work. Best, David Michael Schmidt Visionary Owner/Renaissance Floral Design
