Coming down the stairs in the Edith Wharton designed 1902 mansion, The Mount, Brian gets his first glimpse of his bride Erica. I absolutely love “first meetings”. Some might say it’s unlucky, but that old superstition is worth breaking when the couple has all that time to really enjoy each other before the ceremony. That is where this day started, and it set the mood for a day filled with beautiful shots of two people made for each other.

Alanna+Jeff (wedding Trailer)
Going to the Barns at Wesleyan Hills gave use the opportunity to film in a setting that is not your normal traditional wedding venue. And that is what made it so amazing! The English style barn itself is 140 years old and had plenty of character to show. With a second level overlooking the dance floor, and the willow trees and pond outside, it was easy to find an amazing shot. I especially loved how the light came into the barn, giving an antique look in the final shot.
A big congratulations to Alanna and Jeff who threw a fantastic wedding.
Erin+Vince: wedding at Saratoga National
Yeah! Erin and Vince wedding is finally here! You may remember this very memorable engagement session at the Barns of Nipmoose.
Be sure not to miss Erin+Vince’s how we met story or their engagement story on their wedding website.
Of course a shoe shot, which is made easier with a pair of Badgley Mischkas!
Erin is by far one of the sweetest brides I’ve had! You can tell it was because of loving and caring parents and upbringing.
Erin’s mom made each of the bridesmaid a quilt as a gift for the wedding shown here.
Makeup by the always lovely Flawless by Tina. Congrats on the Tina’s new baby! This was Tina’s first wedding back.
Bonus point to Erin because she specifically bought this cute little mirror for getting ready shots. She knew I would love it!
The awesome Priscilla of Boston bridesmaid dresses definitely say “spring wedding”!
I loved Erin’s dress! It’s a Blue by Enzoani design from the always wonderful Angela’s Bridal!
This ring barer made sure no one was late for the ceremony! :)
Vince and his posse worked it out in J.Crew!
Erin’s wedding coordinator was the uprising Katie O’Malleysa. On the wedding day, it was a little ‘wet’ and Katie got Erin these awesome wedding rain boots on her wedding day! In Erin’s wedding colors and everything. One of the most creative things I’ve seen a wedding cooridtor do for a bride!
Always love the details from Saratoga National.
New York Players rocked it out all night!
Thanks for having me Erin and Vince. Best of luck in all your adventures!

Allison+James Boston Wedding Trailer Highlights
I’m so excited about this trailer, it’s the first one of busy season and we loved every moment of it! You might remember their already posted gorgeous Boston wedding photos from before, but now it’s time for the wedding film.
A little over a week ago we had the opportunity to head over to Boston to the Taj Hotel, to shoot Allison+Jamie’s wedding!
As soon as we arrived in Boston, It was non-stop fun throughout the day! The cake toppers were one of the most creative pieces we’ve ever seen. Not only did they choose cake toppers that were very unique, they also decided to have it accompanied by their parents and grandparents toppers as well. How cool is that?
Congratulations you two!
Regi+Tucker at the Lake Placid Lodge
Some sun outside (finally) and even more on the blog to match! Last weekend C+W headed up to the Lake Placid Lodge to shoot Regi+Tucker’s gorgeous lake wedding. After many years after meeting on a blind date their big day finally came to fruition, and it looked incredible! I’m sure it would take zero convincing to get you out on that patio for the RH dinner! Check out that view.
Out enjoying the Adirondacks before everything goes down at the Rehearsal.
The Adirondack chairs (as you will see) were a theme they had going throughout their whole wedding. In fact, Regi proposed to Tucker with these cufflinks.
Lake Placid Lodge had monogrammed robes (and sheets) for the couple on their wedding day! How cool is that?
Out on the balcony of their room (The Whiteface Suite — look at that view!) before their ceremony.
Regi + Tucker gave each guest one of these blankets as a gift. I hope mine is ‘in the mail’. :)
Fun fact: Do you recognize the officiant? He is Alan from Hooper’s Store on Sesame Street!
Major props to them for made-to-measure suits from Tom James in NYC. That’s how they’re meant to look and fit fellas!
What a peaceful view.
The personalized drinks is always another way to make it even more of your own.
I had to end this post with their engagement announcement in the The New York Times.
C+W just wants to send another shout to Regi+Tucker for having us. They really did convey the Adirondacks in their wedding! Fantastic job and congratulations!
