I have an absolutely gorgeous Skaneateles Country Club wedding to share this weekend! The studio did a lot of Finger Lakes weddings this year and our run continued with Patricia+Brad’s Skaneateles wedding. Even though it poured all morning and looked like we wouldn’t be getting any of our butta light, we were lucky that the Skaneateles Lake winds blew all that away for us.

I’m excited to start the week off right with this gorgeous Skaneateles Country Club wedding! I may be hearing a lot of people complaining about the heat this summer – but if it’s hot that also means we’re getting gorgeous light and sunsets. Totally worth the heat! Well to some of us anyway ;)

The day started off at the Packwood House in Skaneateles.

Anytime you walk in and have a Monique Lhuillier staring at you it’s going to be an awesome wedding day

After the wedding ceremony we swung over by Anyela’s Vineyard to grab some bride and groom portraits

I loved the stuff we were able to capture, but of course the Skaneateles Country Club wedding photos during butta light are unrivaled

The sun sets right behind the Skaneateles Country Club which makes for an awesome backdrop

The matching menus and linens were awesome

I also loved this awesome idea!

Not to be outdone we had to end the evening with some fireworks right over the lake

We have an absolutely gorgeous Skaneateles Country Club wedding for you this afternoon that I’m really pumped to share! I have to admit this was one of the toughest blog entries I’ve done in a while – I pulled so many shots out for my favorites that it got just plain stupid. When you’re this excited for a wedding it gets ridiculously hard to cut it down. Skaneateles Country Club weddings are already some of my favorite but this wedding was off the hook beautiful. Because the Skaneateles Country Club is right on the water and has lakeside weddings with lots of windows the wedding photo room gets a ton of gorgeous light spilling in early in the evening

So far our checklist has looked darn good – beautiful details, beautiful bride, great church photos, even a rustic barn… the only thing missing? BUTTA LIGHT. Double BOOM?

A big congratulations to Radhika and Ben who were married a few weeks ago at the Skaneateles Country Club in an absolutely gorgeous wedding! Radhika wore a beautiful custom designed dress from NY Bride in Syracuse and it set the tone for the celebration. The gold lace work was custom designed in Mumbai, India and then hand-sewn by the incredibly gifted Nancy Lambert at NY Bride along with ruby Swarovski crystals. Radhika and her family worked closely with Nancy to see their vision for an Indian-American fusion wedding gown come to life. Nancy designed the gown and then patiently pieced it together, creating a truly unique gown that was a reflection of the marriage of two cultures, two religions, and two families.

Beyond her lovely dress, Radhika worked with Joseph at The Carriage House and Kelly Abraham on hair and makeup and was every bit a blushing bride. All eyes were on her all day!

Love a couple that can’t stop smiling on their wedding day!

Radhika and Ben’s ceremony was a beautiful celebration of family, culture and tradition with a very happy Radhika walked down the aisle by both of her parents.

The bridesmaids wore dresses from J.Crew in a spiced wine color perfect for a fall weding. Of course, we couldn’t get by without a signature Clark+Walker group shot…

Radhika and Ben rocked a fun-filled reception with music by Crocodile Rock Entertainment and a chocolate fountain from Chocolate Eventz in lieu of a cake that was a huge hit with their family and friends.

A sweet serenade for his bride and Ben had the crowd loving it…
