Tina+John Wedding Trailer

Back at Saratoga National and another gorgeous bride. Infact, I was seeing two because Tina was a twin. This is the second wedding I’ve attended now where a twin was getting married, once brothers, this time sisters, and the connection that exist between them both was powerful and emotional. We see that in many sibling relationships, but there is a connection between twins that seems to be a little deeper. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house as Tina’s sister delivered a fun, and heartfelt toast to her sister while holding a 2 gallon champagne glass.

Being centered in the middle of a stunning golf course, Saratoga National has plenty of space to find great shoots. And having the access to the golf carts, finding those spots makes for some of it’s own fun. Jp Elario of Joe Elario Photography showed off some of his driving skills and almost earned a credit in the trailer, though I think I’ll have to give him one here. Jp found the butta light and really helped us get some amazing footage.

The entire event was amazing!

Congrats to Lorna+Chris

Saratoga National weddings in Saratoga Springs, NY are some of our favorite events to photograph.  Lorna+Chris’ wedding was no different and we’re excited to share a fun+unique wedding this afternoon.  Anytime you know you’re getting kilts, bagpipes, beautiful light, and Saratoga National Golf Club in one day it’s time to get busy!

Another beautiful C+W bride

Setting up a first meeting with the bride+groom for wedding photography is always fun and gives us some great photo ops

BUTTA light

This little spot of foliage at Saratoga National was perfect for us… the colors really pop and give that beautiful orange feel of Fall (we had to search for this spot by the way)

These little guys were awesome

Chris and the guys were looking good for the ceremony

I love how proud and happy Lorna’s father looks in this image

It’s great that Saratoga National has a heated tent for outdoor ceremonies late in the year

There are some great spots for wedding photography at Saratoga National

This speech was hilarious!

Thanks so much for having us at your wedding you two and congratulations!

Mary Beth + Steve @Saratoga National Golf Club

It’s always a pleasure to shoot at the Saratoga National in the Fall. And this early November wedding day the rain cleared out in the morning to create a really nice light! And I don’t think I’ve ever seen this much color so late in the year in Upstate NY!

Purple is Mary Beth favorite color so they  had to incorporate in the wedding of course. The bouquet looks great!

Mary Beth’s purse for the wedding was made out of her Nannie’s (Maternal Grandmother) wedding dress and decorated with her Mom’s, Aunt Eileen’s and her wedding dress as well as my first communion dress and baptismal outfit.  The purse was made by her Mom’s friend Patty Behlmer

Mary Beth and Steve met while working at an ice cream shop 10 year ago, so they thought it might be fun to name the tables after ice cream flavors!

Mary Beth and Steve went on a mini-moon right after the wedding and are planning on a honeymoon in the Summer.

Congrats you guys!

Amy + Ryan – Saratoga National Golf Club

Now I want you to look very carefully at this video.  There’s a shot of a ring that is of particular interest.  No, not the wedding ring.  The OTHER ring.  Oh, it’s real!  That’s the ring worn by Clark+Walker groom, Ryan, from when he was kickin’ it with the Colts back in aught-7.  After winning that superbowl he then went on to win the biggest championship of his life, marrying his lovely bride Amy!  Thankfully they asked Clark+Walker Studio to be there to share their celebration at Saratoga National.  And celebrate we did!  An amazing couple, an amazing day and an amazing event!  I’m sure you’ll agree when you check out their trailer. Enjoy!

And making a fabulous cameo in the trailer is Alayne from Make Me Fabulous! It’s an absolute pleasure watching her work!
