Erika+Juston’s Otesaga Wedding

I’ve got another one of our beautiful Otesaga weddings to share this morning! You may remember Erika+Juston from their engagement shoot in NYC we did last fall:

I knew this meant I was going to be a borderline celebrity on the wedding day, but also meant I had to up the ante even further to knock it out of the park. Shooting at The Otesaga always helps :)

I love this first shot of Erika relaxing with the ladies as her dress hangs in the window. Some soft beautiful light with another beautiful C+W bride

Her Lela Rose dress was the perfect fit for her. Also Affections did a great job with the florals

The shot on the right where Erika is gathering herself and her mother is watching the ceremony site fill up with friends… one of my instant favs

Juston was looking dapper as well, and he and the guys were playing a little poker

The last hand they got to play before I left Juston went all in and won! You know it’s going to be a good day at that point…

Truly an incredible backdrop for a wedding

After the ceremony we headed around the grounds for some money portraits

My couples are known for doing whatever is necessary to get “the shot” and these two kept the traditional alive while climbing over the caution tape blocked off dock for these shots

This first shot on the left is one of my favorites from the entire day, just the relaxed feel

Let the party start! Paul Malo throwing it down!

Thank you both so much for having me at your wedding!

Gwen Bushyhead: These photographs beautifully capture a memorable day when Erika and Juston were surrounded by people who love them. And, yes, you did have a challenge to match the urban engagement shots. Love the B&W.
