This has to be one of my favorite films of the 2011 wedding season. Fun, beautiful, energetic, spirited and an amazing couple, caley+frank. We meet them in the morning at the Gideon where they were getting ready, and made good use of the sunroom and property around the building to get some great shoots, along with getting their first look at each other. We even brought Caley down to the sunroom to get her dress on. And I’m glad we did, because the light and the amount of room we had to work with really let us capture that in a spectacular way.
Having had fun all morning with them, we headed over to the Hall of Springs for the ceremony, which was outside infront of the reflecting pond. Then to the reception inside, where Soul Session brought the house down. You know your going to make some stupid noise when Soul Session is in the house, and it was crazy.
At the end of the night Frank, a singer songwriter, got up and performed an acoustic piece he had written. It really was a perfect ending to a story book wedding.
